Darius Kemp has held a variety of roles in the past decade. From 2022 to present, they have been the VP of Client Strategy and Research at Research Narrative, Inc. Lastly, from 1992 to 2003, they were a Lieutenant Commander in the United States Navy, where they served in key leadership roles for carrier based helicopter aviators and led multiple divisions of up to 25 direct reports across multiple areas of responsibilities.

Darius Kemp has obtained an MBA in Marketing/Finance from the University of Cincinnati Carl H. Lindner College of Business, a BS in Mathematics and Physics from Morehouse College, and a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics from Morehouse College. Additionally, they obtained a certification in The Culture Code (Blinkist Summary) from LinkedIn in February 2022.
