Denis Newman - Griffis

Denis Newman-Griffis is currently working as a Co-Chair and Executive Group Member at the UK Young Academy, as well as a Research Fellow at the Research On Research Institute (RoRI). They are also serving as a Lecturer in Data Science at the University of Sheffield Information School. Prior to these roles, they have gained experience as a Postdoctoral Scholar at the University of Pittsburgh and as a PhD Candidate at The Ohio State University. Their educational background includes a Doctor of Philosophy - PhD in Computer Science from The Ohio State University and a Bachelor of Arts in Computer Science/Russian from Carleton College.
