Katja Geisler

Katja Geisler has extensive work experience in the field of human resources. Katja is currently working as the Head of People Business Partner at ResearchGate, starting in June 2022. Prior to this, they worked at Phiture - Mobile Growth Consultancy as the Head of Human Resources from August 2019 to May 2022. Before that, they served as the Human Resources Manager at Digitalprojekt 2 GmbH - Wir von Hier from November 2018 to July 2019. Katja also held various roles at CATERWINGS, including Head of Human Resources from April 2018 to November 2018, Human Resources Manager from December 2017 to March 2018, and Junior HR Manager from May 2017 to November 2017. Additionally, they worked as an HR Administrator and Werkstudent HR at Delivery Hero from February 2017 to May 2017 and from October 2016 to February 2017, respectively. Katja'swork experience also includes a position as a Werkstudent HR at Suse Linux GmbH from November 2014 to November 2015.

Katja Geisler completed their high school education at Coubertin-Gymnasium (Schul- und Leistungssportzentrum Berlin). Katja then attended the University of Potsdam from 2010 to 2011, studying sports management. Katja later pursued a Bachelor of Applied Science (B.A.Sc.) in Business Administration and Management, General at the University of Bayreuth from 2011 to 2015.
