Amparo K. Díaz

Amparo K. Díaz has a diverse and extensive work experience. They are currently working as a Nonprofit Partnerships Manager at Resilia since July 2023. Prior to this role, they worked as a Program Officer at Walton Family Foundation from March 2021 to January 2023. In 2020, Amparo participated in Hispanics in Philanthropy's Líderes Fellowship, where they developed relationships, knowledge, and practices to support their work in advancing racial equity and social justice. From 2018 to 2021, Amparo served as an Education Program Manager at UnidosUS, where they managed various college and career readiness programs aimed at promoting upward economic mobility for Latinx/a/o youth. Before transitioning to the nonprofit sector, Amparo worked as a High School Teacher in Austin, Texas from August 2015 to October 2018.
