Eric Pepin

Co-Founder and Chairman of the Board at Resiliant Inc

Eric Pepin has extensive experience in the technology industry, beginning with their role as a Sales Account Manager at IBM in 1974. Eric later became President of 3Com, a digital electronics manufacturer focused on computer networking products, and went on to found Ecke Data Syst, where they developed the Ecke Professional Archive for organizations seeking to meet compliance and discovery obligations. Pepin served as Chief Operating Officer at SWAN, a.s., helped to lead the company's IPO on the Nasdaq Europe in 1999, and later founded ePlusGreen, a SaaS platform designed to reduce the operating costs of organizations by eliminating unnecessary computer energy consumption. Eric also served as Chairman and CEO at ConnectTogether Inc, where they created the first affordable and fully branded smartphone app for non-profit organizations and clubs. Pepin co-founded ID PLIZZ Inc., which later became RESILIANT INC, where they served as Co-Founder and Chairman of the Board. The company offers an integrated identity and access management solution that reduces the risk of cyberattacks for enterprises and governments while complying with regulatory requirements and NIST Zero Trust guidelines.

From 1970 to 1974, Eric Pepin attended Mines ParisTech, EHESS, and Université Paris-Dauphine PSL where they earned a Bachelor of Business Administration degree. In 1983 to 1984, they then attended the International School of Business in Dublin, where they earned a BS degree with a field of study in Dublin.
