Justin W. Jacobs

Justin Jacobs is a seasoned professional with extensive leadership experience, currently serving as Co-Founder and COO of Mindstrong Guardians since November 2023. In addition, Justin founded Full Speed Ahead, LLC in June 2022 and acts as a Leadership Consultant for Focusing Forward, Inc. since January 2022. As a Brand Ambassador and Authorized Training Provider for the Resilience-Building Leader Program (RBLP®), Justin is committed to promoting leadership development. Prior to these roles, Justin served as a Commander (O-5) and Senior Leader in the U.S. Coast Guard for over 21 years. Educational qualifications include degrees in Entrepreneurship from Texas A&M University, Authentic Leadership Coaching, Transportation Policy, Operations, and Logistics from George Mason University, Marine Transportation from Texas A&M University Galveston Campus, and Homeland Security from American Military University.
