Anita O. has a diverse work experience, beginning in 2010 as a Host/Content-Creator/Technician at Ljungby Radio. In 2011, they moved on to Harrys, where they worked as a Bartender/Host/Receptionist/Waitress. In 2012, they joined Ljungby kommun as a Caregiver/Adminstrator. In 2014, they began their role as a Production Operator at PostNord Strålfors. In 2019, they worked as an Event Staff Member at Porter och Theorell's Syndrom. In 2020, they were employed as a Payroll Assistant at Veolia Norden. Currently, they are a People and Culture Generalist and Associate People and Culture Generalist at Resolution Games.
