Chapter Lead, Integrated Customer Comms at Resolution Life

Neha Roy has a diverse work experience background. Neha began their career in 2006 as a Branch Relationship Manager at Kotak Mahindra Bank, where they focused on establishing financial goals for clients. Neha then transitioned to Axios Financial Solutions as a Customer Services Manager before joining Mercer in 2010 as a Business Analyst. At Mercer, they progressed to roles such as Team Manager and Service Manager, where they oversaw various projects related to automated customer communications. Most recently, Neha served as the Chapter Lead for integrated Customer Comms at Resolution Life starting in 2021. Neha'sresponsibilities included managing controls, risks, incidents, continuous service improvement, and fostering a continuous exploration process.

Neha Roy completed their Bachelor of Engineering in Electronics and Instrumentation from Anand Engineering College(SGI) in 2003. Neha then pursued a Master's degree in Management Studies with a focus on Marketing from Mumbai University Mumbai, graduating in 2006.
