Carolina Bellani

Carolina Bellani is a Senior Data & Applied Scientist at Mesmerise Group, specializing in the scoping, development, and evaluation of large language model (LLM) systems since January 2023. Prior experience includes roles as a Data & Applied Scientist and Data Scientist at Talkdesk, where Carolina focused on machine learning models for call outcome predictions and developed an outbound call center simulator. Carolina has also worked as a Data Scientist at Habber Tec, automating the reimbursement process for Multicare health insurance using techniques such as computer vision and deep learning, and gained initial experience as a Data Scientist Intern at Tranquilidade, developing predictive churn models. Carolina holds a Master of Science in Data Science and Advanced Analytics from NOVA IMS and a Bachelor of Science in Mathematical Engineering from Politecnico di Milano, supplemented by various advanced training in machine learning and deep learning.
