Brittany Tedeschi

Britt Tedeschi joined Resonant Link in early 2022 to lead its people function. Britt holds a B.A. in Psychology from the University of Miami and a MEd with a focus on adult learning and development from the University of Georgia. Britt has extensive experience developing, leading, and coaching high-performing teams during periods of rapid change and high growth.

With a human-centric approach, Britt has scaled Resonant Link’s learning culture as the company has grown, centering transparency, inclusion, and belonging through defined career paths, remote-first practices, and intentional hiring processes. Britt lives in Rhode Island and is a frequent visitor at Resonant Link’s Vermont headquarters.
