Megan Ryan, PMP, CSM

Megan Ryan, PMP, CSM has extensive work experience in various leadership and management roles in manufacturing operations and technical program management.

Megan is currently the Director of Manufacturing Operations at Resonant Link, a position they have held since February 2023. Prior to that, they worked at Amazon Robotics from 2015 to 2023. During their time at Amazon Robotics, they held several roles including Principal TPM & Senior Manager of Manipulation Technical Program Management, Manager of HW Technical Program Management, Technical Program Manager- Hardware Engineering, and Operations Technical Program Manager.

Before joining Amazon Robotics, Megan worked at BAE Systems from 2008 to 2015. At BAE Systems, they held roles such as Supply Chain Manager, Supplier Development, Director Of Operations, Operations Product Manager, Operations Strategy Deployment, Operations Leadership Development Program, Continuous Improvement Engineer, and Process Engineer, CCA Factory.

Throughout their career, Megan has demonstrated expertise in operations management, supply chain management, manufacturing strategy development and deployment, and continuous improvement. Megan holds certifications as a Project Management Professional (PMP) and Certified ScrumMaster (CSM).

Megan Ryan, PMP, CSM holds a Master's degree in Engineering/Industrial Management from Northeastern University, which they obtained from 2009 to 2011. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing Engineering from Boston University between 2004 and 2008.

Along with their educational background, Megan Ryan has acquired various certifications. Megan obtained the Certified Scrum Master certification from William George Associates in April 2017. Additionally, they obtained the AS9100 Internal Auditor certification in October 2013. Megan also has a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification from BAE Systems, earned in June 2009. Lastly, they achieved the Project Management Professional certification from the PMI MassBay Chapter in March 2017.
