Jack Hipp

Operation/Project Manager at Resource Computer Solutions

Jack Hipp has over 30 years of experience in the IT industry. Jack began their career in 1986 as an Information Processor at Hughes Aircraft Company, where they prepared, reviewed, and edited software documentation in accordance with company practices and DoD standards. Jack also managed the Document Controls Database and performed disaster recovery duties. In 1994, they moved to Charter Oak Unified School District as a Computer Resource Specialist, where they planned, implemented, and managed local and wide area networks, and Nortel Key System for nine sites. In 1997, they became the Director of Computer Information Services at Bonita Unified School District, where they implemented a wide range of technology for fourteen sites, created a central support, and established local and wide area networks, Windows Servers, Exchange, SQL and Cisco VOIP. In 2016, they joined Resource Computer Solutions as an Operation/Project Manager, where they evaluated and oversaw the implementation of integrated professional service automation (PSA) and remote monitoring and management (RMM) systems, and managed the integration of this solution with other third-party products.

Jack Hipp received their Master's Degree in Management Information Systems from National University, a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from National University, and an Associate's Degree in Liberal Arts and Sciences/Liberal Studies from Fullerton College.
