Aaron Fung has extensive experience in recruitment and mobilization, currently serving as Mobilization & Partner Agency Support at RCE International since November 2019. Prior roles include Senior Staff Mobilizer at Black Forest Academy, where responsibilities included overseeing and training staff recruiters, executing recruitment strategies, and guiding applicants through the recruitment process. Aaron also played a significant role in pioneering the academy's use of social media and data analytics for recruitment.
