Mags Ricarte is a seasoned sales manager with extensive experience in the pharmaceutical industry and medical sales. Currently serving as Sales Manager at Response Biomedical Corp. since September 2023, Mags previously held similar positions at MEDITEK and Medicure, where responsibilities included managing sales teams, developing business plans, and establishing strategic partnerships with key healthcare decision-makers. With a strong background in training and development from various managerial roles, Mags effectively identifies training needs, conducts evaluations, and ensures ongoing professional development. Mags’ career began in sales with roles at AstraZeneca and GSK, promoting pharmaceutical products to medical professionals.
