Alexandra Phillips has over 10 years of experience in the hospitality industry. Alexandra began their career in 2011 as a Restaurant Manager at La Societe Bistro. In 2014, they moved to Chase Hospitality Group as Senior Operations Manager at Colette Grand Cafe & Bakery, where they managed the bar & cocktail program, including ordering, costing, inventory, budgeting and cocktail list design. In 2015, they became the General Manager of Peter Pan Bistro, where they collaborated with the owner on marketing content and promotion strategies. In 2016, they returned to Hy's of Canada as a Dining Room Manager, spearheading the hiring and training process for front of house employees. In 2019, they were promoted to Private Dining Manager at the Bay Street location, cultivating meaningful relationships with stakeholders at all levels and orchestrating seamless execution of the guest experience. Most recently, in 2020, they joined Staffy Inc. as Customer Success Manager, leading and building a team of six customer success and operations specialists.

Alexandra Phillips holds a Bachelor's degree in International Hospitality and Tourism Management from Bournemouth University. Alexandra has also obtained four certifications from LinkedIn, including Onboarding and Adoption Best Practices for Customer Success Management (September 2022), Account Management: Maintaining Relationships (August 2022), Sales: Customer Success (August 2022), and Leadership Strategies for Women (July 2022).
