Mihaela Scheul

Mihaela Scheul has a diverse work experience spanning from 2006 to the present. Mihaela currently works at Restart Energy as a Human Resources Director. Previously, they worked at Dalli Group as an HR Manager starting from 2016. Prior to that, they had a long tenure at Procter & Gamble, where they held various HR roles. Mihaela started as an HR Business Partner in 2010, supporting two business units in the IMEA region. Mihaela then transitioned to the role of Regional Employee Relations, Compensation & Benefits, and Special Projects, where they were responsible for the Balkans region. Mihaela also held the position of Plant Employee Relations, Compensation & Benefits, Labor Relations, and Organizational Excellence, managing a team of 4 employees. Before joining Procter & Gamble, Mihaela had gained experience as a Management Trainee at Continental Automotive Products Timisoara and as National Vice-president Corporate Development at AIESEC. Mihaela initially volunteered at AIESEC Romania. Mihaela also had a brief role as a Customer Supply Chain Analyst at Solectron in 2006.

Mihaela Scheul has a diverse education history. Mihaela completed their Master's degree in Social Economics (Social Entrepreneurship) from the West University of Timisoara between 2010 and 2012. Prior to that, they pursued their Bachelor's degree in Management from the same university, graduating between 2004 and 2008. In their earlier education, Mihaela attended the Colegiul National "Gh Sincai" Baia Mare from 2000 to 2004, where they obtained a degree as a Computer Science technician with a focus on Informatica - Bilingv engleza. Furthermore, in 2016, Mihaela obtained a certification in Duolingo German Fluency: Elementary (Estimated) from Duolingo.
