Elizabeth Mendoza

Elizabeth Mendoza is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in restaurant management and operations. Currently serving as General Manager and DEI Lead at Restaurant Associates since July 2021, Elizabeth previously held the position of Area Director at Proper Food from August 2018 to March 2021. Elizabeth also managed Union Fare from January 2016 to August 2018, contributing to a dynamic culinary concept that included a gastrohall, bakery, cafe, restaurant, and event space.
