Gilberto Navarro has extensive experience in the restaurant and hospitality industry, spanning over two decades. Currently serving as a Restaurant Manager at Restaurant Associates since June 1999, Navarro has held multiple roles including Front Of House Manager and Supervisor, focusing on staff direction, training, and guest service standards. Prior to this, Navarro was a Head Bartender, responsible for managing bar operations and ensuring guest satisfaction. Earlier experience includes a Bartender position at the Museum of Fine Arts in Boston from November 1996 to June 1999, where responsibilities included beverage preparation, customer interaction, and inventory management. Gilberto Navarro studied at U.A.T University from 1990 to 1991.
