Lenny Mormando

Lenny Mormando has extensive work experience in the food service industry. Lenny began their career as a Sous Chef at Mohonk Mountain House in 1997. From 2000 to 2007, they worked as a Food Service Director at Restaurant Associates. Lenny then joined ARAMARK as a Food Service Director from 2007 to 2012. In 2012, they returned to LifeWorks Restaurant Group as a General Manager. Lenny also held the role of General Manager at Unidine in 2015 before returning to LifeWorks Restaurant Group as a General Manager once again. Most recently, they have been with Restaurant Associates, first as a General Manager from 2016 to 2018, then as a Regional Director from 2018 to 2022, and currently as the Vice President of Operations starting in January 2022.

Lenny Mormando completed an AAS degree in Culinary Arts at The Culinary Institute of America from 1995 to 1997. Prior to that, from 1991 to 1992, they obtained another AAS degree in Aeronautical Science from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University.
