Rajat Srivastava is a seasoned culinary professional with extensive experience in the hospitality industry. Currently serving as a Consultant Chef at Restaurants Canada since January 2022, Rajat has previously held roles such as Kitchen Manager at Royal Caribbean Cruises Ltd. from March 2019 to January 2022 and Head Chef at Marriott International between May 2018 and March 2019. Rajat’s career began at Carnial Cruise Line as a Demi chef de parti from 2013 to 2017, followed by positions at Radisson Hotel as a Commis chef and at Bliss Chocolate Cakes as Assistant Lounge Operation Manager. Rajat also gained foundational experience as a Kitchen Trainee at ITC Mughal Agra in 2009. Educationally, Rajat holds a BSc in Hotel Management from the Institute of Hotel Management (2008-2011) and a Certification as a Hospitality Trainee in Hotel/Motel Administration/Management from the same institution (2011-2012).
