Liz Heikkila

Liz Heikkila is a seasoned professional in the hospitality industry with extensive experience in service management and guest coordination. Currently serving as the Front of House Manager at Blue Plate Restaurant Company since October 2013, Liz oversees operations at a brewery and restaurant located in the North Loop Neighborhood. Additionally, Liz has been with Restaurants Unlimited since 2011, fulfilling roles such as Guest Service Coordinator, where responsibilities include managing private event bookings, coordinating charity functions, and serving as a liaison with local businesses. Liz also engages with guests as a Social Media Ambassador and restaurant marketing strategist. Prior experience includes roles as a Bartender and Server. Liz holds a degree from the College of St. Catherine.
