Valerie Miele

Valerie Miele has over 13 years of experience in the Human Resources and Benefits Consulting fields. Valerie began their career in 2007 as a Benefits Consultant for USI Insurance Services, where they successfully launched a new group focused on serving private equity firms. In 2010, they joined CBIZ Insurance Services, Inc. as a Benefits Consultant, where they implemented HRIS and benefits administration systems for three mid-sized organizations. From 2012 to 2016, Miele worked as the Human Resources Director for Alterity Group LLC (an NFP company), where they delivered HR strategy, health, and welfare portfolio services to private equity firms. In 2016, they were selected to lead the entire human resources transition for Kestra Financial as their AVP, Human Resources. At Revionics, they served as the Vice President, People & Culture from 2018 to 2021. Currently, Miele is the SVP People & Culture at Restream since 2022.

Valerie Miele holds a BA in Business Administration/International Marketing from Baruch College. Valerie also holds a Group Benefit Associate from the International Foundation of Employee Benefits Plan. Additionally, they have obtained a Graduate Project Management Certificate Program from The University of Texas at Austin.
