Arthur leads Security & Compliance for ResultsCX and is a proven leader of security teams and programs. He has 30 years of BPO experience that include 20 years in IT leadership as IT Chief of Staff, CISO, and Solutions Architect Team Leader, in support of 50K+ employees and 300+ clients. Understanding the extended attack surface of BPO environments, Arthur has been instrumental in establishing secure access for the ResultsCX remote workforce. Skilled at communicating to non-technical persons about cyber-security, he is expert on the application of PCI-DSS, HITRUST, HIPAA, GLBA, SOX, and GDPR in a multi-tenant environment. While directing the mitigation of cyber-threats and other technology issues, Arthur ensures the alignment of ResultsCX security initiatives with business goals to create value and ensure uninterrupted business operations.

Arthur has a background of real-world leadership, legal engagement, empathy-based interaction, and security systems from past roles that include military police, military intelligence, nursing, and firefighting. As CISO, he oversees compliance, documentation, audits, and annual compliance checks for the information security program, always maintaining a strong ResultsCX security posture focused on today and the future.
