Peter Shapiro

Peter Shapiro has extensive work experience in the customer service industry. Peter worked at The Results Companies as the Director of Account Operations starting in 2018. Prior to that, they held various roles at USA 800, including Account Manager, Operations Account Supervisor, and Quality Assurance Supervisor, from 2010 to 2018.

Peter Shapiro attended Missouri Western State University from 2000 to 2004 and earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Speech Communication and Rhetoric.
