Grace Riepe

Grace Riepe has extensive work experience in the healthcare industry. Grace currently holds the position of RVP of Operations at United Musculoskeletal Partners since March 2023. Prior to this, they served as the Vice President of Business Operations and Projects at Resurgens Orthopaedics starting from February 2022. Grace also worked at United Surgical Partners International, Inc, where they held the role of Director Of Operations from June 2018 to February 2022 and previously worked as an Operations Analyst in the OrthoLink Physician Strategy Group from January 2014 to June 2018. Additionally, they had an executive internship at Resurgens Orthopaedics from July 2013 to December 2013.

Grace Riepe holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Business Administration and Management, General from Georgia State University - J. Mack Robinson College of Business, which they obtained from 2016 to 2018. Additionally, during the same period, they also earned a Master of Health Administration degree in Health/Health Care Administration/Management from the same institution. Prior to their postgraduate studies, Riepe completed their Bachelor's degree in Health Services Administration from Indiana University–Purdue University Indianapolis, which they pursued from 2009 to 2013.
