Brent Blecha

Brent Blecha has extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Brent is currently the Vice President of Operations at Retail Aware, a position they have held since November 2021. Brent is also a Board Member at the Homeland Security Foundation of America (HSFA) since August 2021 and serves as the Chairman of the Board of Directors at the Arizona Caribbean Cultural Association since January 2021. In 2020, they co-founded FlexPerx and held the position of Chief Operations Officer. Prior to that, in 2018, Brent founded and owned Trini Tours.

Before their entrepreneurial ventures, Brent worked as the Chief Operating Officer at GoMD Virtual Health from January 2021 to November 2021. Brent has also had a unique work experience as a Captain at "Wherever the Wind Takes Me" from January 2015 to March 2020, where they documented their journey sailing through the Caribbean islands and volunteered along the way.

Brent's earlier professional experience includes being the Director of Enterprise Customer Service at Infogroup from November 2005 to January 2015, where they had the opportunity to learn and grow. Brent also worked as a Personal Assistant at EVP in 2003.

Brent Blecha obtained a Bachelor's degree in Business Management from Concordia University, Nebraska, where they attended from 1997 to 2002. Prior to that, they attended Superior Public High School, although no specific dates or degrees were provided for this educational experience.
