Yuriy Kravchenko, PMP, is an accomplished project management professional with a diverse background in leading and implementing projects across various industries, including retail, banking, and technology. Currently serving as the Head of Project Management Office at Retail Group since May 2023, Yuriy's previous roles include Senior Project Manager at Метінвест Діджитал, Project Lead at Idea Bank Ukraine, and Project Manager at NPC 'Ukrenergo', where Yuriy successfully introduced electronic document management systems. Yuriy has also held leadership positions at Meest Express, XaTaGoodS, and Optima-Pharm, where significant achievements include the establishment of an e-commerce platform, project management process automation, and strategic project implementations.
