Martin Joyce

Martin Joyce has a diverse work experience starting from 2000. Martin began as a Manager at First People Solutions in May 2000 and worked there until April 2005. Subsequently, from April 2005 to June 2007, they worked as a Principal Consultant at ITHR. After that, they joined Fleet Search and Selection as a Consultant in July 2007 and stayed until April 2008. Martin then established their own recruitment service called Larsson Associates in April 2008, where they held the position of Director. During their tenure there, they focused on providing tailored and partnership-led recruitment services, primarily placing candidates in VP to Head of Department positions. Martin worked at Larsson Associates until June 2018. Finally, they joined Retail Merchant Services, a SaltPay company, as a Business Development Manager in June 2018, where they are currently employed.
