Vicky Claricoates

Vicky Claricoates has over 14 years of experience in the sales and operations field. Currently, they hold the role of Contact Center Operations Manager at Teya, starting in August 2022. Prior to this, Vicky worked at Retail Merchant Services, a SaltPay company, where they began as a Regional Sales Manager in October 2018. Within a year, they successfully built and led a sales team of 14 Business Development Managers, doubling sales and revenue contributions. Vicky then assumed the role of Head of New Partnerships in December 2020, where they focused on fostering relationships with various partners, including referrals, strategic partners, and ISVs. Before joining Retail Merchant Services, Vicky worked as a Regional Sales Manager at Worldpay for eight years, starting in May 2008. In this role, they played a key role in helping numerous businesses in Lincolnshire grow through card payment solutions.

Vicky Claricoates completed their MA degree in Accounting and Business/Management from Middlesex University. Vicky attended the university from 2015 to 2018. In January 2017, they obtained the Professional Registration certification from the Association of Professional Sales.
