Amy Lund

Amy Lund's work experience starts in 2008 when they worked as an Office Manager at Absolute Auction Co. Amy was responsible for negotiating and composing client contracts and conducting research. Amy then worked as a Paralegal on the Battery, Assault & Theft Team at the Santa Clara County District Attorney's Office from February 2012 to September 2012. Their main duties included providing support for Deputy District Attorneys and processing requests for discovery. From April 2013 to April 2016, they served as a Senior Corporate Paralegal at Nextag, Inc. where they reviewed, drafted, negotiated, and finalized contracts for e-commerce and online shopping businesses. Amy also worked extensively with in-house and external legal counsel and employees at all levels. Lastly, they are currently the Director of Legal / Senior Paralegal at RetailNext, Inc. as of April 2016.

Amy Lund completed their education at West Valley College from 2010 to 2012, where they earned a Paralegal Certificate in Paralegal Studies. Amy later attended San Francisco State University, but no specific start or end dates are provided. Amy obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Cinema & Animation from San Francisco State University. In addition to their degrees, Amy also obtained certifications in the field of privacy management. Amy became a Certified Information Privacy Manager (CIPM) and a Certified Information Privacy Professional/Europe (CIPP/E) in November 2023. Amy had previously earned the CIPM and CIPP/E certifications in 2019.
