Mark MacCabe has a diverse work experience with a focus on customer success, sales, and project management. Mark is currently the Director of Customer Success at ReTech Labs, Inc. since October 2022. Mark MacCabe earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Information Systems with a minor in Computer Science from Brigham Young University - Idaho, where they studied from 1998 to 2005. Prior to attending university, Mark attended The American School in Japan from 1996 to 1998. In 2021, they also completed a program called Startup Exchange SPOC- Entrepreneurial Negotiations at MIT xPRO.
