Alice Phillips

Alice Mac is an experienced professional with a diverse background in operations, event coordination, and makeup artistry. Currently serving as an Operations Project Manager at Retention.com since December 2019, Alice has also held roles as a Sales Operations Analyst and Business Development Specialist, contributing to the growth and engagement of first-party datasets for direct-to-consumer companies. Additionally, Alice has been an investor at Telly since January 2022 and previously worked as an Event Coordinator at elleaevents, successfully planning and managing over 30 significant events in the Los Angeles area. Earlier in the career, Alice worked at CHANEL as a Team Manager, where management of a team of 12 included the execution of 24 new makeup product launches annually, and as a Professional Makeup Artist, serving around 25 clients weekly and achieving recognition as a Top Seller of makeup products.
