Amy McDonnell

Amy McDonnell has a diverse range of work experience, primarily focusing on data solutions and analytics. Amy most recently worked as the Vice President of Data and Technology at Retreat Behavioral Health starting from April 2023. Prior to that, they held various roles at Aware Recovery Care In Home Addiction Treatment, including Senior Director of Data Solutions, Director of Data Solutions and Analytics, Outcome Analyst, and Certified Recovery Advisor, between 2015 and 2023. Amy also worked at Communities 4 Action as a Summer Associate in 2015 and at Inspirica - from homeless to home (Formerly St. Luke's LifeWorks) as an Intern in 2014. In addition, they gained experience as an Assistant Teacher at Childrens Day School from 2009 to 2010.

Amy McDonnell has a Bachelor's degree in Social Work from Southern Connecticut State University. Amy is currently pursuing a Master of Science degree in Data Science from Eastern University, with an expected graduation year of 2023. Additionally, Amy has completed a Master of Social Work (MSW) degree from Fordham University.
