Saeid Samizade

Saeid Samizade has a diverse work experience in the field of data science and research. Saeid started their career as a software architecture leader in the Virtual Robot team at Mechatronics Research Laboratory (MRL) from September 2009 to August 2013. Saeid then moved on to work as a senior software developer team lead at Sina Artificial Intelligence and Medical Equipment from February 2013 to February 2015. Saeid then pursued their academic interests and worked as a researcher and Ph.D. student at Xi'an Jiaotong University from September 2015 to July 2019. Saeid continued their research career as a Ph.D. researcher at Aalborg Universitet from September 2018 to July 2019. Saeid then transitioned into the industry as a data scientist at Piano from August 2019 to August 2021. Currently, they hold the position of a data scientist focusing on NLP and ML engineering at Retriever since September 2021.
