Ian McMullen

Ian McMullen is currently serving as the Customer Support and Operations Manager at Retrium, where Ian oversees support operations, creates internal knowledge guides, and provides support via various communication channels. Prior to this, Ian held roles such as Senior Creator Support Agent at Podia and various positions at Apple. Ian is also a certified Audio Engineer from Dark Horse Institute.
