Alun John

Alun John currently works as the Europe Breaking News Correspondent, Finance and Markets, Asia Markets Correspondent, and Asia Regulation Correspondent at Reuters News Agency. Prior to that, John was a Banking Reporter at South China Morning Post SCMP and the Managing Editor at Global Media Solutions Ltd. Alun John also has experience as an Editor at Shanghai Business Review and as a Lecturer in English at Shaoxing University. John has a Master of Science in Modern Chinese Studies from the University of Oxford and a Master of Arts in Classics from the University of St Andrews.
