Haris Agha has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Haris started their career at Duty Free Americas as a Sales Clerk in 2003 before moving on to work at Barneys New York as a Sales Associate in 2004. In 2005, they joined Swissport as a Supervisor, where they managed import and export operations for Singapore Airlines and Air Tahiti Nui. After that, they worked at The New York Times as a Systems Analyst and PM Consultant from 2007 to 2012, where they were recognized for their successful execution of projects. Haris then founded and managed Milestone Business Solutions from 2010 to 2012, overseeing offshore teams and delivering web design and development projects. From 2013 onwards, Haris worked at Thomson Reuters, where they held various positions including Product Manager, Senior Product Manager, and Director of Product - Content Platforms. In 2016, they joined Reuters as the Global Head of Product Customer Experience.

Haris Agha obtained a B.B.A in Business Management from Berkeley College. Haris attended this institution from 2003 to 2006. Additionally, they earned a SCPS Professional Certificate in Business Project Management from New York University, where they studied from 2008 to 2009.
