Josh Higginbotham

Josh Higginbotham is currently the VP of Data at Rev.io. Prior to this, they were the Assistant Vice President and Data Services Manager at Republic Bank from March 2017 to April 2021. In this role, they were responsible for the technical design of all Data Services systems, including ETL and analysis services. Josh also designed and developed processes for data extraction, transformation, and load (ETL).

Josh has a proven ability to take ownership of project delivery and effectively manage multiple projects and feature development. Josh has also worked with end-users, analysts, management, and developers to ensure high-quality results. Additionally, they have experience managing ETL developers to ensure that all established goals and objectives of the Bank are met.

In addition to their responsibilities at Republic Bank, Josh has also been responsible for ensuring compliance with established policies and procedures, including coding standards, change control policies, disaster recovery, and any policies or controls required by governing or regulatory bodies. Josh has also acted as a developer in constructing, testing and deploying technical solutions.

Josh has a strong commitment to knowledge sharing and maintaining best practices. Josh has created and maintained documentation of all technical development and systems. Josh has also kept up to date with emerging technologies, tools and applications related to Business Intelligence. In addition, they have maintained coding standards, best practices and policies in relation to database development, release management, access security, IT audit and source code control systems.
