Kai Horan

Kai Horan has a diverse work experience spanning different roles and industries. Currently, they are serving as the Director of Design at Rev since 2023. Prior to this role, they worked at Charles Schwab from 2019 to 2023, initially as a Sr. Team Manager of User Experience Design and later as a User Experience Team Manager for managed investing projects. They also worked as a UX Architect on a contract basis at PRO Unlimited from 2019 to 2020. Additionally, Kai has a history of providing freelance design services, specializing in UX and UI consulting, cognitive design, branding, and graphic services. They have held roles as a Principal Product Designer at Knocki, Lead Product Designer at Sherri Hill Inc., and Digital Art Director at Moroch. Earlier in their career, they worked as an Ecommerce/Retail Designer at AG Jeans, a Digital Art Director Intern at The Marketing Arm, and a Digital Art Director at the University of North Texas Union Marketing.

Kai Horan holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts (BFA) degree with a concentration in Graphic Design and Photography from Troy University, which was obtained from 2008 to 2010. Then, from 2010 to 2014, they attended the University of North Texas, where they earned their BFA in Communication Design with an emphasis on Art Direction. Recently, from 2018 to 2020, Kai Horan pursued a Master's degree in Human-Computer Interaction at the University of Texas at Austin.
