Haley Rubinson is the Vice President of Corporate Affairs at Revel. Haley has over fifteen years of experience in policymaking and management.

Haley began their career as a Deputy Director in the Intergovernmental Affairs office of the New York City Department of Transportation. Haley then went on to be a Consultant at Bloomberg Philanthropies, followed by a role as a Task Force Member on the Ravitch-Volcker State Budget Crisis Task Force. In 2013, Haley took on the role of Senior Policy Advisor - South Queens for the NYC Office of the Mayor's Special Initiative for Rebuilding and Resiliency. The following year, they became Deputy Policy Director for Governor Andrew M. Cuomo's office. Haley left government in 2015 to become Managing Director at Tusk Ventures, where they worked until 2018.

In their current role as Vice President of Corporate Affairs at Revel, Haley is responsible for developing and executing Revel’s public affairs strategy. This includes managing relationships with key stakeholders, overseeing government affairs and public policy initiatives, and leading communications efforts.

Haley Rubinson first attended the University of Maryland where they obtained a BA in Political Science. Haley then attended NYU-Wagner for a BA in Public Administration. Finally, they went to The Graduate Center at City University of New York for a degree in Public Administration with a focus in Political Science.
