Senior Data Scientist, Professional Services at Revelwood

Cris Payne has a diverse and extensive work experience, spanning over two decades. Currently working at Revelwood as a Senior Data Scientist in Professional Services since 2016, Cris is responsible for utilizing predictive analytic sciences and managing targeted marketing programs. Prior to this, Cris held several roles at XO Communications from 2005 to 2016. As a Senior Manager of Predictive Analytics, Cris directed the implementation of predictive analytic sciences and supervised a team of analytic professionals. Additionally, as a Senior Sales Engineer, Cris was involved in capacity forecasting, cost calculation, contract negotiation, and market trend analysis. In the earlier years, Cris worked at Windstream, where roles including Senior Application Engineer, Program Manager for the Chief Planning & Development Officer (CPDO), Senior Product Manager, and Marketing/Business Analyst, were handled. These roles required Cris to manage sales executives, design communication solutions, execute merger and acquisition projects, and develop strategic sales and marketing plans.

Cris Payne obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Business Administration from the University of Utah - David Eccles School of Business, which was completed between 1994 and 1999. Later, between 2005 and 2007, Cris earned a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree from the Weber State University - John B. Goddard School of Business & Economics. In addition to these degrees, Cris has acquired several certifications throughout their career. These certifications include becoming an IBM Certified Specialist - SPSS Modeler Professional v3, obtaining SPSS Advanced Predictive Analytics and SPSS Advanced Statistics certifications from IBM (SPSS), gaining a Certified Surgical Technologist certification from Intermountain Healthcare in 1991, and becoming a Cisco Certified Network Associate in 2004.
