Pavlo M. has a long and varied work experience. Pavlo began their career as a Systems Integration Specialist for Aurora PE in 2005. Pavlo then worked as a Professional Freelancer from 2005-2008. From 2008-2010, they worked as a Software Engineer for Genesys, developing a configurable memory chip layout compiler. From 2010-2016, they worked as a Lead Software Engineer for Revenue Grid, working on enterprise products for leading software industry vendors. Finally, from 2016-2021, they worked as a Team Lead (vendor) for Microsoft, developing and maintaining a cross-platform single-page App. Throughout their career, they have taken on roles such as requirements analysis, technical designs writing, code reviews, mentoring and leading teams, and candidates interviewing.

Pavlo M. attended the National Technical University of Ukraine 'Kyiv Polytechnic Institute'\u200b from 2001 to 2007, where they earned a Specialist degree in Telecommunication Systems and Networks.
