Rebecca Zambrano

Rebecca Zambrano's work experience includes serving as an HR Project Manager - Head Hunter at Reverse since 2021. In this role, they are responsible for identifying and recruiting top candidates for specific positions. Rebecca'sresponsibilities include collaborating with clients to understand their requirements, conducting thorough research to find suitable candidates, and utilizing various resources such as internal databases and professional social media platforms. Prior to joining Reverse, they completed a curricular internship at Studio Ferrantino in 2021.

Rebecca Zambrano began their education in 2012 at Liceo delle Scienze Umane Curie-Vittorini, where they obtained their diploma in Scienze umane in 2017. From 2017 to 2021, they attended Università degli Studi di Torino, where they earned a Laurea in Scienze dell’amministrazione e dell’organizzazione with a focus on Consulenza del lavoro e gestione delle risorse umane. In 2021, they also completed a full-time position at Manager Srl, specializing in Addetto gestione risorse umane. Currently, from 2021 to 2022, Rebecca is pursuing a Master's degree in Master of Human Resources. Organizzazione, Gestione e Sviluppo risorse umane (full time) at 24ORE Business School.
