Kara Reddy, MS, CHES

Kara Reddy has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Kara is currently working as a People & Total Value Manager at ReviveHealth, starting in October 2021. Prior to this, they worked at Marsh McLennan Agency - Mid-Atlantic as a Specialist in Employee Health and Benefits from November 2019 to April 2021, and as an Associate in Employee Health & Benefits from November 2019 to April 2021. From December 2017 to August 2019, Kara worked as an HR Operations Specialist/HRIS Analyst at Rally Health. Before that, they were an HR Operations Consultant at Hawthorne Lane from August to December 2017. Kara also has experience as a Center Manager at Cherish Yourself from June 2015 to August 2017. Additionally, they have held positions such as Executive Assistant and Intern in the Human Resources Department at Cornerstone Health Care from May 2011 to May 2015. Prior to their professional roles, Kara worked as a Child-Care Provider and Academic Coach from June 2004 to 2015. Kara also interned at the Center for Creative Leadership in the Research Evaluation Department from November 2013 to May 2014. Kara's work experience includes positions as a Student Supervisor at High Point University from January 2011 to November 2013, and a Summer Intern in the Quality Care Department at Cornerstone Health Care in July and August 2010.

Kara Reddy holds a Master of Science (MS) degree in Health Promotion Management from American University, which they completed from 2017-2019. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A) degree in Human Relations from High Point University between 2010 and 2013. For their high school education, Kara obtained a Diploma from Bishop McGuinness Catholic High School from 2006-2010.

In addition to their academic achievements, Kara has obtained several certifications. Kara obtained the NC Life and Health Insurance License from the North Carolina Department of Insurance in March 2020. In April 2019, they achieved the Certified Health Education Specialist (CHES) certification from the National Commission for Health Education Credentialing, Inc. Furthermore, in September 2017, Kara acquired the NIH Human Subjects Certification from The National Institutes of Health.
