Michelle Romano-Ginda

Michelle Romano-Ginda, CPIM, currently serves as Director of Innovation Operations Strategy at Revlon, a role held since November 2019, where previous titles included Director of Project Management and Senior Project Manager. Prior to joining Revlon, Michelle worked at Unilever from March 2014 to November 2019 as a Supply Planning Manager and Innovation Project Manager, leading skin care product launches in North America. Michelle's experience at L'Oréal from February 2011 to February 2014 as a Category Supply Planner involved managing service levels and production plans across multiple manufacturing plants. Earlier roles included positions at Johnson & Johnson as a Global Data Management Services Co-Op and a Docket Clerk/Receptionist Co-Op at Plymouth Rock Assurance. Michelle holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Northeastern University, with a minor in Law, Policy, and Society.
