Jakub Jan Kučera

Jakub Jan Kučera has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Jakub Jan started their career as a Project Manager and Customer Development Consultant at Foccus Design from April 2017 to March 2019. During this time, they were responsible for managing projects and providing consultation to clients.

From May 2014 to May 2018, Jakub was an Organizer and Executive Manager at TEDxZlín. Jakub Jan played a key role in organizing TEDx conferences and managing the entire team and event.

From February 2015 to December 2016, Jakub worked as a Marketing Specialist at Thomas Bata University. Jakub Jan specialized in marketing and was involved in the promotion and communication activities of the university's Centre of Polymer Systems.

Jakub also has experience as a Marketing and Production Freelancer from July 2012 to February 2016. In this role, they provided marketing and production services to clients on a freelance basis.

From March 2014 to April 2015, Jakub worked as a Creative Team Leader at DigitalBrain. Jakub Jan was involved in creating marketing strategies and establishing startups to solve various problems.

Furthermore, Jakub has served as a President of the Student Union of UTB from May 2013 to March 2015. Jakub Jan was recognized for their contributions to the university and was nominated for the prestigious Jan Opletal prize.

Jakub also gained experience as an Intern and Marketing and Social Media Specialist at Czech Centre London from July 2013 to September 2013. Jakub Jan assisted in communication activities and helped with the production of a Czech dance showcase at the Edinburgh Festival Fringe.

Additionally, Jakub worked as a Marketing Manager in the "PolymeryFT" project at Tomas Bata University from November 2012 to June 2013. Jakub Jan focused on coordinating and implementing communication activities targeted at high school students.

Lastly, Jakub served as a Project Manager of the BusFest project at Tomas Bata University from April 2011 to April 2012. Jakub Jan was responsible for managing an innovative music festival held in a trolley.

Currently, Jakub is working at Revolgy as a Digital Workplace Product Manager and Change Manager. Jakub Jan aligns go-to-market activities with the services offered by the company and assists customers in adopting digital workspace tools. Jakub Jan has also held the role of Chief People Officer and Change Manager at Revolgy, where they supervised the HR department and oversaw skills development and internal automation initiatives.

Jakub Jan Kučera completed their Bachelor's degree in Marketing Communication at Tomas Bata University in Zlín, starting in 2010 and graduating in 2013. Jakub Jan then pursued further education and obtained a Master's degree in Marketing Communication from the same institution, attending from 2013 to 2016. Prior to their university education, Jakub attended Gymnázium a Jazyková škola s právem státní jazykové zkoušky Zlín from 2006 to 2010, where they completed their Gymnasium education.

In addition to their formal education, Jakub has also obtained various certifications. Jakub Jan became a Professional Google Workspace Administrator in January 2022, completed the CliftonStrengths Gallup Coach certification from Talentwork s.r.o. in June 2020, and obtained certifications in Managing Change when Moving to Google Cloud and Cloud Digital Leader from Google in June 2020 and August 2022, respectively.
