Refael Zikavashvili

Refael Zikavashvili currently serves as an Investor at Colors AI and the Global Head of Product at Revolut, where experience spans a significant tenure in leadership roles within product management. Prior to these positions, Zikavashvili was a Product Lead at Lyft, overseeing the development of the Fleet Management Platform, and co-founded Pramp, the largest peer-to-peer mock interview platform, which attracted investments from Y Combinator and other notable investors. Previous roles include Head of Product at Uncommon Co., where management of a 30-member team focused on AI-driven recruiting automation, and Head of Product at Webex, directing a team responsible for the flagship Meeting Center product. Zikavashvili holds an MBA from Harvard Business School, a B.Sc. in Computer Science from The Hebrew University of Jerusalem, and completed a Y Combinator program in 2016.
