Paul Lobben

Paul Lobben is an accomplished chemist with extensive experience in process research and development within the pharmaceutical industry. Currently serving as Principal Scientist at REVOLUTION Medicines since February 2021, Paul oversees R&D activities crucial for drug substance delivery, focusing on synthetic route selection, process optimization, and regulatory filings. Prior to this role, Paul was a Senior Scientist at Thermo Fisher Scientific, where responsibilities included organic chemistry syntheses in a manufacturing setting and cross-departmental coordination. Paul spent 17 years at Bristol-Myers Squibb as a Senior Research Investigator, contributing to drug development strategies and regulatory documentation.
