Elaine Tsai

Elaine Tsai is the current Head of Product Management at RevOps. Elaine has previously worked as a Sr. Product Manager at Transfix from April 2019 to May 2020, where they led the development and launch of several new products, including Copilot (patented), Lookups and Insights. Prior to that, Elaine was a Product Manager at Postmates Inc. from June 2018 to February 2019, where they created the Product Specialist role and was awarded the annual company-wide, peer nominated, employee recognition award, “Draw the Owl – Live the Spirit of Challenge” for coding and shipping Twilio’s official business phone line. Elaine began their career as a Product Manager at Twilio Inc. in December 2011 and continued in that role until January 2018.

Elaine Tsai has a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Bowdoin College and a Computer Software Engineering degree from Dev Bootcamp. Elaine also has a Modernization and Social Change degree from SIT Jordan: Modernization and Social Change.
