Keira Poland

Keira Poland has extensive work experience in product management and digital marketing. Keira has held various roles in different companies. From 2020 to the present, they have been the Head of Product Management at tails.com, leading a team of twelve digital product managers. Prior to this, from 2018 to 2020, they worked as a Lead Product Manager at Direct Line Group, where they co-led a team of product managers and focused on product strategy and storytelling. From 2017 to 2018, Keira worked at the Ministry of Justice UK as a Lead Product Manager and Interim Service Owner, responsible for managing a community of product managers, as well as overseeing multiple digital services. In 2015, they held the position of Senior Product Manager & Acquisition Lead at FutureLearn, where they were responsible for setting strategy and coordinating plans to increase active learners on the platform. Before that, they worked as a Senior Product Owner at giffgaff, collaborating with ecommerce and marketing teams. Keira also has experience at Cancer Research UK, TJX Europe, Rough Trade, and Beggars Group, where they held various roles in digital marketing, project management, and promotions.

Keira Poland obtained their MSci degree in Chemistry with Research Abroad from Imperial College London in the period of 2002 to 2006. Following this, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree in Business Administration and Management, General from The Open University from 2016 to 2020. Additionally, they obtained a Postgraduate Certificate in Business Administration (Pass with Merit) from The Open University in December 2017. Keira also has certifications including Certified ScrumMaster from Scrum Alliance in February 2013, and completed two courses titled "The Digital Economy: Selling Through Customer Insight" and "The Digital Economy: Success through Market Segmentation" from FutureLearn in September 2016 and August 2016, respectively.
